My journey from legalism to grace and the overwhelming mystery of it
The touching part is him coming down to our level...
Right on, Bino.Jesus, "who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross."Thank you Jesus, for not making it about me, or my efforts to get out of the hole, but for coming down to where I was and dragging me out Yourself!
I am in agreement with both of you. :)
I love that video :-) played it for the church I used to go to a couple of years ago on the big screen after I dvd'd it. I wasn't commented on much, and kinda "hmmmmm'ed" I was just coming into the "Grace" movement at that time after a long disappointment in the system and their response and lack of being touched in anyway by it was a part of the catalyst that eventually made us leave.RonBTW, well said Bino and Joel
