The 6 Myths Of Creativity

For someone who doesn't consider himself creative, I was intrigued by this.

Hey John, That was a good read!

I think one of the biggest hindrance to creativity is fear - usually fear of failure. (The author pointed out it as the 4th point)

Once we get hold of the fact that it is okay to make mistakes, I think we become more creative.

A self -focused, prideful, self-righteous person is going to be always fearful.

In my mind, I think grace motivates freedom and creativity (in all areas of life).

I agree Bino. We are afraid to put ourselves "out there" because we believe we might look stupid.

When I was in elementary school, I actually had some painting talent, but wasn't allowed to pursue it in a structured environment.

I would like to be a better writer. That's why I love Tozer so much, he's probably one of the best modern Christian writers.

I am going to post Tozer "On Writing".
